House Rules

SHORT LIST · HIGH TOLERANCE

Short list. High tolerance. Two things get you permanently banned: non-consent and illegal content. Everything else is exactly what this server is for.

★ Membership

  • You must be 18 years or older to join
  • One account per person
  • Do not share your invite token
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Invite tokens may be revoked at admin discretion

★ Content

  • All participants in explicit content must be real, consenting adults
  • Zero tolerance for CSAM — immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities
  • No non-consensual content of any kind
  • Label explicit content appropriately in relevant rooms
  • No content depicting minors in a sexual context, ever

★ Conduct

  • Be as pervy as you like — just keep it consensual
  • No harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse
  • No doxxing or sharing others' personal information
  • No spam or unsolicited advertising
  • No impersonation of other users or staff
  • Signal DM preferences in your display name or status — e.g. DMs open · ask first · no DMs

★ Enforcement

  • Violations are handled by Mjolnir and human moderators
  • Serious violations result in immediate permanent ban
  • Illegal content is reported to relevant authorities
  • Ban appeals: contact admin
  • Moderation decisions are final

★ Privacy & Regulatory Compliance

EU (GDPR): nerdybimbo.nexus operates in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation. We collect only what is necessary to operate the service (username, hashed password, email if provided for notifications). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights or submit a regulatory inquiry, email porncesspeach@nerdybimbo.nexus.

Canada (CASL/PIPEDA): We comply with applicable Canadian digital regulations. Notification emails require explicit opt-in. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

Data storage: All data is stored on EU-based servers (Hetzner, Germany). Messages are end-to-end encrypted and cannot be read by the server operator. Server-side metadata is retained only as long as necessary for operation.
